Seema Sheth, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon who will join FineSkin in August of 2011. She was born and raised in Iowa, and went on to attend Johns Hopkins University where she majored in Biomedical Engineering. She received her medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School. Dr. Sheth then completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Rush University in Chicago and a Dermatology residency at the University of Iowa, where she was selected to serve as Chief Resident. In June of 2011, she completed a fellowship at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Procedural Dermatology and Mohs Micrographic Surgery.
Dr. Sheth's academic interests include cutaneous oncology, Mohs surgery, facial reconstruction, and minimally invasive cosmetic procedures.
